Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

The short-term toxicity test to aquatic invertebrates (Noack_2012) performed according to EPA OPPTS 850.1010, EPA OPPTS 850.1000 and GLP was rated with RL=1 (reliable without restrictions) and used as a key study.

Immobilisation to Daphnia magna of the test item was observed at the lowest mean measured concentration of 14.3 mg/L and greater.

Based on the mean measured concentrations of the test item, the 48-hour EC50 for Daphnia magna was calculated by sigmoidal dose-response regression to be 34.2 mg/L (95 % confidence limits: 30.9 – 42.4 mg/L). The NOEC after 48 h was 14.3 mg/L. The LOEC after 48 h was 29.3 mg/L.
