Justification:

The substance is potentially P/ vP as the substance was not readily biodegradable. However, the substance is not bioaccumulative (B) based on its log Kow. Also, the substance is not classified as carcinogenic (category 1A or 1B), mutagenic (category 1A or 1B), or toxic for reproduction (category 1A, 1B or 2) according to Regulation EC No 1272/2008 and there is no other evidence of specific target organ toxicity after repeated exposure (STOT RE category 1 or 2) according to Regulation EC No 1272/2008. Only no conclusion can be reached for the T-criterion as acute data cannot be used for concluding definitively not T.

 

Overall it was concluded that the substance is not PBT/vPvB.
