Additional information

In a key study, the relative density of the test item Phosphonic acid (Phosphorous acid Flake) was determined based on the procedures indicated by the following internationally accepted methods:

- OECD Guideline 109

- EU Method A.3

- EPA OPPTS 830.7300

The relative density of Phosphonic acid (Phosphorous acid Flake) was determined using the gas comparison method at a temperature of 20 °C ± 0.1 °C. The determination of the relative density was performed by three-fold measurements of two independent test item samples.

The density of Phosphonic acid (Phosphorous acid Flake) was determined to be 1.837 g/cm³ (= 1837 kg/m³) at 20 °C.
