In the REACH legislation Annex IX section 7.15 Column 1 it is stated that the "stability in organic solvents and identity of relevant degradation products" is "only required if stability of the substance is considered to be critical.". The partition coefficient was determined by HPLC without mentioning degradation or degradation products. Further studies where the stability in organic solvents is critical are not planned. Therefore. this endpoint was waived based on the information provided in the REACH text Annex IX section 7.15 column 1.
