First-aid measures
General first aid measures: If you feel unwell, consult a doctor.
First aid measures in case of inhalation: If inhaled, move the person to fresh air in a well-ventilated place. If you are having difficulty breathing, give oxygen. Consult your doctor in case of illness.
First aid measures in case of skin contact: Remove contaminated clothes and shoes. Wash the affected part of the body with plenty of soap and water until the product is completely removed (15-20 minutes).
Get medical attention if irritation occurs and symptoms persist.
First aid measures in case of eye contact: Wash with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, keeping the eyelids wide open during washing. Eliminate any contact lenses. Get medical attention if irritation occurs and symptoms persist.
First aid measures in case of ingestion: In case of ingestion, rinse the mouth immediately and abundantly with
water, if the subject is conscious. Do not induce vomiting. Consult your doctor in case of illness.
Symptoms / effects after skin contact: May cause an allergic skin reaction.
Symptoms / effects after eye contact: Causes serious eye damage.
Chronic symptoms: No known symptoms and delayed effects.
Based on the risk assessment, the competent physician will establish the most appropriate medical monitoring protocol to protect the state of
health of workers, in accordance with Article 10 of Directive 98/24 / EC (Title IX of Legislative Decree 81/2008).
No specific antidotes and contraindications are known.
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media: Water spray, carbon dioxide, dry powder, foam.

Hazardous Combustion Products in Case of Fire: Thermal decomposition or combustion can cause the release of toxic and hazardous fumes including COx and formaldehyde.
Protection during firefighting: Do not try to extinguish the fire without the use of self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) and suitable protective clothing. Wear boots, gloves, overalls, eye and face protection, suitable respirators, compliant with the relevant UNI / EN standards. Use the devices indicated in the maximum protection conditions on the basis of the information reported in the previous subsections.
Accidental release measures
Means of protection for those who do not intervene directly: Wear the Personal Protective Equipment indicated in the emergency procedures. PPE must comply with EN standards.

Exposure controls / personal protection
The substance is an intermediate, used under strictly controlled conditions.
Appropriate technical controls: Adopt technical containment and process control measures such as to minimize worker exposure. Appropriate technical measures include: the use of closed systems, as far as possible; adequate ventilation to control worker exposure.
Provide an emergency shower and an eye washing unit.
Eye protection: Wear tightly fitting safety goggles or protective face shield (EN 166).
Skin and body protection: Choose the appropriate protective medium according to the activity and exposure, eg. apron, boots, suitable clothing, in accordance with the EN13982 standard.
Hand protection: Wear protective gloves compliant with directive 89/686 / EEC and the standard EN 374 derived from it. Keep in mind the information given by the manufacturer regarding permeability, breakthrough times, and workplace conditions (mechanical stress, duration of contact). Using an appropriate cream can help prevent skin dryness.
Respiratory protection: Adopt respiratory protection devices, use suitable filter masks, compliant with the relevant EN standards.
Protection against thermal risks: Not foreseen in the standard practices of use of the substance. Evaluate any personal protective equipment based on particular conditions of use of the same.
Environmental Exposure Controls: Emissions from manufacturing processes, including those from ventilation equipment should be controlled for compliance with environmental protection legislation. Take all the necessary precautions to avoid the spread of the product in the surrounding environment.
