Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

The test substance is hydrolytically stable (half-live > 1 year). Based on the results of a ready biodegradability study and an inherent biodegradability study the test substance is considered as neither readily nor inherently biodegradable. However, the results of a STP simulation test (OECD 303A) show that approx. 47 % of the test substance will be eliminated when entering the STP. Furthermore, these results indicate that the main elimination pathway of this test substance in a STP is biodegradation.

The measured log KOC value of 3.74 indicates that the substance is only slightly mobile in soil and sediment according to the classification scheme of McCall et al. (1981).

The substance has a low volatility under environmental conditions (estimated Henry’s law constant: 0.000285 Pa* m3/mol at 25°C).

Based on the measured log Kow of 3.83 and a calculated BCF value of 156.3 L/kg, it is concluded that the B criterion is not met and the substance is not considered as bioaccumulative.
