Reason: Other justification
Justification: According to Annex X, testing shall be proposed by the registrant if the results of the CSA indicate the need to investigate further.  For this assessment, the need for testing is dependent on the sediment PEC levels determined for each substance for which an exposure assessment is necessary. In the exposure assessment conducted, the PEC for sediment is lower than the PNEC sediment, derived from the PNEC aquatic. Therefore, no further testing for toxicity to benthic organisms is needed.
