Call a poison center or a doctor if you feel unwell.

Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing.

Remove contaminated clothing (possibly shoes). Wash the affected part of the body with soap or mild detergent and rinse with plenty of water until the substance is completely removed (15-20 minutes). Consult a physician if adverse symptoms appear.

Rinse eyes with water as a precaution. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.

Rinse mouth. Call a poison center or a doctor if you feel unwell.

Handling and storage

The substance is used under strictly controlled conditions during its whole lifecycle as described under Reach, Article 17. The substance is rigorously contained by technical means during its whole lifecycle and procedural and control technologies are used to minimise emission and any resulting exposure .


Handling: Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face  protection (musk included). Handle under dry inert gas. Keep away from source of ignition, no smoking. Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice.


Storage: Store in a cool and well ventilated place. Keep  container tightly closed, properly labelled.


Avoid release to the environment.


Prevent electrostatic charge - sources of ignition should be kept well clear - fire extinguishers should be kept handy.


Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities: Segregate from acids and acid forming substances. Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep cool.
