200 mg of the test item were dissolved in 2000 mL test water by stirring for 6 days. During the range-finding test, it was noted that after 96h of stirring, the test item was not visible in the test media. Consequently, no additional filtration was performed after stirring.

The test item had no toxic effect on Daphnia magna at nominal test concentrations of 100 mg/L (loading rate). No daphnids were immobilized after 48 hours of exposure.

The test item concentrations in the freshly prepared samples were below the limit of detection. No further analytics were done.
