PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION (especially for difficult test substances)
- Method: The test medium of the highest test concentration, 100 mg/l (nominal) was prepared by stirring the test substance in the M4 medium for a period of 10 minutes at 20 +/- 2 °C. Serial dilutions of this highest test concentration were subsequently prepared in order to obtain the desired test concentrations.
