Description of key information

No degradation of the test item was observed after 28 days. The test item reaction mass of DIPE and 2-methylpent-2-ene is not readily biodegradable following ISO 14593:2005.

The ready biodegradability of reaction mass of DIPE and 2-methylpent-2-ene was tested according to ISO 14593:2005 under GLP. No significant degradation (20%) of the test item was observed after 28 days. Reaction mass of DIPE and 2-methylpent-2-ene is not readily biodegradable.
