With high probability acutely not harmful to aquatic invertebrates. 
No toxic effects occur at the range of the substances solubility.

In a GLP guideline study following OECD guideline 202 waterflea (Daphnia magna) were exposed for 48 hours in a static test to Hexamethylene diisocyanate, oligomers, reaction products withN-(3-trimethoxysilyl)propylbutylamine and Bis-(Trimethoxysilylpropyl)amine [BASF Coatings GmbH, 2013]. Based on the low water solubility of the test item the aquatic toxicity was determined by water soluble fraction (WSF) in a limit test with a nominal loading concentration of 1000 mg/L substance. No effects on the swimming mobility of daphnia were observed after 48 hours of exposure.
