Description of key information

The biodegradation of N-(2-nitrophenyl)phosphoric triamide  was investigated in a study according to EU Method C.4-B (Determination of the "Ready" Biodegradability - Modified OECD Screening Test).

N-(2-nitrophenyl)phosphoric triamide   was not readily biodegradable under the conditions of the test performed. No biodegradation was observed.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Biodegradation in water:
under test conditions no biodegradation observed

Additional information

The reported study for N-(2-nitrophenyl)phosphoricacid triamide is GLP compliant and has Klimisch score 1.

Conclusion: The available data on biodegradation clearly indicates that N-(2-nitrophenyl)phosphoric triamide is not readily biodegradable under the conditions of the test performed.
