Conclusions:
Under the conditions of this study the LD50 in male rats was > 5000 mg/kg. Due to relevant methodological deficiencies (only 4 h of exposure, only 4 animals), no definite conclusions can be drawn.
Executive summary:

 4 rats of unknown sex were treated with 5000 mg/kg test substance (occlusive) for 4 h and observed for 14 days. No mortality and no other effects were reported. Therefore under the conditions of this study the LD50 in rats was > 5000 mg/kg.
