According to DIN EN 14522 the lowest value of all test series (274°C) was reduced by the deviation value based on the precision of the method (rel. 1.5% = 4.1°C). The resulting value was rounded to the next integral number (270°C).

Conclusions:
An auto-ignition temperature value of 270°C at 968.4 - 976.2 hPa was determined for the substance using a relevant test method. The result is considered to be reliable.

Description of key information

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Autoflammability / Self-ignition temperature at 101 325 Pa:
270 °C

Additional information

An auto-ignition temperature value of 270°C at 968.4-976.2 hPa was obtained for the substance using a relevant test method and in compliance with a known quality system (ISO 9001:2008). The result is considered to be reliable.
