The concentrations of the different test solutions were calculated automatically using the equation of the calibration curve and considering the dilution factor of the test solutions. The results are listed in the following table:

Total average concentration over 4 saturation concentrations: 0.236 g/L (RSD 7.2 %). The n-Octanol solubility was determined at 20 °C.

Executive summary:

In the non-GLP Kllimisch 1 study from Frischmann (2012) the octanol solubility of Butanedioic acid, sulfo-, 1,4-bis(2-methylpropyl) ester, sodium salt was determined following the method as outlined in the OECD 105. Instead of water, octanol was used. The octanol solubility at 20°C was determined to be 236 mg/L.
