Justification for classification or non-classification

According to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 on classification, labelling and packaging (CLP) of substances and mixtures, the reaction mass of sulphates is considered not to be a flammable solid. The substance has no pyrophoric properties and does not liberate flammable gases on contact with water.
