- Justification:
A GLP bioaccumulation study according TG OECD 305 is available and investigated the bioconcentration factor of the substance in carp exposed to two different concentrations in a flow through system. At the lowest concentration of 0.5 µg/L the BCFk = 131 and represents the highest BCF value observed during this study. This experimental value is below the threshold value for B and vB criteria (< 2000 L/kg) according REACH Annex XIII, therefore the substance is not bioaccumulable (not B, not vB).
Regarding all available data on biotic and abiotic degradation, bioaccumulation and toxicity it can be stated that the substance does not fulfill both PBT, vPvB criteria.
