Handling

Safe handling advice : Use only with adequate ventilation. Use work methods which prevent production of vapours and mists. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear necessary protective equipment. Wash hands and face before breaks and immediately after handling the product. Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practices.

Storage

Store in original container. Keep containers tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place. Keep at temperatures below 30°C. Protect from light. Keep away from heat and sources of ignition. Take precautionary measures against static discharges.

Technical measures/Precautions : Use only in area provided with appropriate exhaust ventilation. Keep containers closed when not in use and away from heat and sources of ignition. Precautions should be taken to avoid static electricity discharge.

Exposure controls / personal protection

Engineering measures

Provide engineering measures/process design to prevent exposure. Use explosion-proof ventilation equipment. Eye wash facilities and emergency shower must be available when handling this product.

Personal protective equipment

Respiratory protection : In case of insufficient ventilation, wear a full face respirator.

Hand protection : Wear chemical-resistant gloves. Contact glove manufacturer for specific information. Be aware that the liquid may penetrate the gloves. Frequent change is advisable.

Eye protection : Wear chemical splash proof goggles and face-shield.

Skin and body protection : Wear coveralls and/or chemical apron and rubber footwear where physical contact can occur.

Hygiene measures

Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice. When using do not eat, drink or smoke. Wash hands after handling compounds and before eating, smoking, using lavatory, and at the end of day. Store street clothes separately from work clothing and protective equipment. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before re-use.
