One reliable key study is available (Petit M, 2008), performed according to the EU test guidelines (A14 method) and the GLP.

In the shock test, no ignition or explosion was observed. Therefore, TRIQUAT Monomer does not have shock sensitivity to explosion under the test conditions.

In the thermal sensitivity test, the test item burned without explosion. Therefore, TRIQUAT Monomer does not have thermal sensitivity to explosion under the test conditions.
