2-hexyldecanoic acid[4-(6-tert-butyl-7-chloro-1H-pyrazolo[1,5-b][1,2,4]triazol-2-yl)phenylcarbamoyl]methylester (UM-235) is not volatile due to its vapour pressure of 0.006 Pa. Hydrolysis is not expected to be a relevant pathway for degradation as the substance is highly insoluble in water (< 0.004 mg/L in aqua bidest). UM-235 is not readily biodegradable. The log Koc value of > 5.63 indicates a considerable potential for adsorption and hence distribution to the soil and sediment compartment if released into the environment. Based on the log Kow of 8.45, UM-235 exhibits a substantial potential for bioaccumulation in biota. The substance shows a tendency for adsorption to solid particles in view of the calculated log Koc values (> 5.63) and therefore, potential to be mainly distributed in the soil and sediment compartments if released into the environment.
