In the study report is mentioned that a dihydrate was used for testing, this statement is not correct. After further evaluation of the substances it was found out that it is a trihydrate. The batch for testing was a typical production batch.

other: Using a linear heating rate of 0.5℃/min, SND 919 Precursor 3a ((-)- SND 855 Tartrate) started to decompose, before the process of melting cold be observed.

Conclusions:
Based on these results of the melting point study (LAB study code: 04/855-344AN), it can be concluded, that SND 919 Precursor 3a ((-)-SND 855 Tartrate) decomposes before it starts to boil.
