Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The surface tension of SND 919 Precursor 3a ((-)-SND 855 Tartrate) aqueous solution (1g/l) was found to be 71.4 mN/m at 20°C using the ring method. As this value is higher than 60 mN/m SND 919 Precursor 3a ((-)-SND 855 Tartrate) is classified as not surface active.
