Conclusion on classification

The following data is considered in relation to the classification:

  1. Data available on 3 trophic levels show that the fish 96h-LC50, daphnia 48h-EC50 and algae ErC50 were all > maximum solubility of test substance in test medium; algae NOECr was set to the maximum solubility of test substance in test medium

  2. The substance is not readily biodegradable

  3. The substance has an experimentally determined BCF of < 61 L/kg

Based on all of the above data, the safety net classification (Cat Chronic 4) does not apply as the substance has no potential to bioaccumulate. The substance is not classified for the environment.
