Description of key information

The test substance is stable in organic solvent.

Additional information

The stability of the substance in Arachis oil, used as a vehicle in oral toxicity studies (OECD 422, repeat dose with reproduction/developmental toxicity screening ), was determined by HPLC (high pressure liquid chromatography), and the information was determined to be suitable for this endpoint.

A comparison of the chromatogram of the substance in Arachis oil immediately after preparation to a chromatogram collected after 14 days of storage at 4 deg. C in the dark showed no loss in concentration or degradation products.

The analytical method was validated with respect to linearity and accuracy.
