PBT status:
the substance is not PBT / vPvB
Justification:

Conclusion on P / vP properties: vP (and P)

In a study conducted according to OECD 301 B the test item attained 30% biodegradation after 28 days and therefore cannot be considered

to be readily biodegradable.

The hydrolysis study was waived as testing was not technically feasible.

Conclusion on B / vB properties: not B/vB

The ready biodegradability test of the substance showed that it was not considered readily biodegradable.  The measured test concentrations of the substance in aquatic medium were very low (≤0.67 mg/L) in the acute toxicity test in algae.  The substance is therefore expected to have low potential for bioaccumulation in aquatic organisms .

Conclusion on T properties: not T

No evidence of toxicity has been reported in any study on the test item or any of the studies used on the read across substances.

Likely routes of exposure:

The substance is used under highly controlled conditions so there will be no release to the environment during normal conditions of use.
