Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
GHS criteria not met
Conclusions:
The highest burning rate of the three mixtures test item/cellulose was determined to be
3.11 mm/s. The maximum burning rate of the reference item was determined to be
3.26 mm/s. Therefore, the test item is considered to have no oxidising properties.

In all tests with the test item, no signs of oxidising properties were observed and no burning rate surpasses the burning rate of the reference item/cellulose mixtures. Therefore, the
test item is considered to have no oxidising properties.
No observations were made which might cause doubts concerning the validity of the study
outcome.
