Description of key information

The 48-hour EC50 value was determined by Spearman-Kärber estimates to be 7.5 mg a.i./L, with 95% confidence intervals of 6.4 to 8.8 mg a.i./L.  The No-Observed-Effect Concentration (NOEC) was determined to be 1.3 mg a.i./L.  The highest concentration producing 0% immobilization was 1.3 mg a.i./L.  The lowest concentration producing 100% immobilization was 13 mg a.i./L.

Additional information

In a GLP compliant guideline, the effect of the test substance on Daphnia magna was determined. The 48 hour EC50 value was determined by Spearman-Kärber estimates with the No-Observed-Effect Concentration (NOEC) reported. The limits of test substance concentration producing 0% and 100% immobilisation are indicated.
