Guidance on Safe Use
Administrative data
First-aid measures
General information: Seek medical assistance if discomfort continues
First aid eye: immediately rinse eyes with running water
First aid skin: after contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water and soap
First aid ingenstion: if swallowed seek medical advice immediately (treat symptomatically)
First aid inhalation: immediately seek fresh air after inhaling of dust, vapour or aerosol
Fire-fighting measures
This product is not considered a fire hazard. However, in common with many other organic chemicals the product may in certain circumstances
form flammable dust clouds in air.
EXTINGUISHING MEDIA
Water spray, foam, water mist, CO2
EXPOSURE HAZARDS
May burn if involved in a fire, releasing irritant/toxic fumes.
PROTECTION OF FIRE-FIGHTERS
Wear self-contained breathing apparatus. Wear protective clothing to prevent contact with skin and eyes.
Accidental release measures
Product contains heavy metals
PERSONAL PRECAUTIONS
Please observe related safety precautions i.e. contact with skin and eyes should be avoided, impervious gloves and safety glasses or goggles should be worn. Do not breathe dust.
ENVIRONMENTAL PRECAUTIONS
Prevent entry into sewers and water courses. If such entry has occurred or soil or vegetation has been contaminated, advise the local
authority.Do not discharge into drains or rivers. Contain the spillage using bunding.
CLEAN-UP PROCEDURES
Damp down or mix with moist sand and then vacuum or sweep up and place in containers for safe disposal. Containers should be sealed and labeled. Flush away any traces which can’t be recovered by other means with copious amounts of water and detergent if available.
Remove container of waste material to disposal site.
Handling and storage
HANDLING REQUIREMENTS
Follow proper standards of industrial hygiene. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Do not breathe dust.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Exposure Controls Engineering measures, such as the provision of local exhaust ventilation or containment, should always be taken before personal protection equipment is necessary. Monitoring should be provided to ensure that exposure levels are kept below specified level-see above. Customers should contact their national competent authority for local advice.
Respiratory protection :Suitable respiratory protective device.
Hand protection : Impermeable gloves resistant to chemical products.
Take into account that the resistance of the gloves could be influenced by different factors, e.g. the work condition or temperatureConseguently the resistance could be different from the one indicated by the permeation data for a certain type of gloves.
Eye protection : Protective gloves
Body protection : Workers have to wear closed working clothes. The contaminated clothing should be washed before ree-using them.
Additional information about engineering measures : Ventilation of the local where the product has been stored and/or manipulated.
Provide adequate ventilation.
Stability and reactivity
Stable under normal conditions of use and handling conditions
Disposal considerations
Waste treatment methods : The disposal must be made in conformity with actual rules, in authorized dump or thermodistructions plant. Do not emptyinto waters or drains.
Contaminated packaging : Not reclaimable packs must be disposed with the product. Do not release in the environment.
