Any other information on results incl. tables

The pH values measured are shown in the following table:

Determination pH Value at 25 °C Mean pH
After 1 Minute After 2 Minutes After 10 Minutes
A 6,25 6,53 6,79 6,78
B 6,22 6,42 6,79

pH of the high purity water: 5.87

Ambient laboratory temperature: 21.8 °C

Since the result fell within the range 4 to 10, the determination of acidity or alkalinity by titration was not required.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Determination of acidity or alkalinity by titration is not required.
Executive summary:

The pH of the test substance was determined under GLP according to OECD 122 guideline, using a calibrated pH-meter.

Two solutions were prepared at 1%m/v in high purity water, and measurements were recorded after 10 minutes equilibration.

The pH of a 1%m/v aqueous solution temperature of test substance has been determined to be 6.8 (at a temperature of 21.8°C).
