Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

Physico-chemical properties were determined from experimental testing. Some endpoints were waived, based on chemical structure.

The substance is liquid at ambient temperature, with low volatility. In water, it is slightly soluble, and less dense. Despite the standardised test shows a slight surface-active potential under the experimental conditions, it is not considered as a true surfactant, due to the chemical structure of the substance, non-intended use and stable behaviour of the substance observed in the water solubility study.

It has low potential for bioaccumulation and aquatic chronic toxicity, based on CLP criteria.

It is NOT classified as hazardous with regard to physical hazards, based on CLP criteria.

A 1% aqueous dispersion has a neutral pH.
