Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Within the test conditions, column elution method was used at high flow rate (25mL/h) and low flow rate (12.5mL/h) to conduct the water solubility test. The results showed that all the concentrations of the five consecutive samples were less than the limit of detection. As the limit of detection of the analysis method was 0.0248 mg/L, so the water solubility of test substance was below 2.48×10-5 g/L.
