Description of key information

With regard to boiling point, EPISuite/MPBPWIN model and T.E.S.T./boiling models provide predictions of (-) 16.13 °C and 25.17 °C, respectively. However, similar compounds are shown in T.E.S.T./boiling model Figure 2, reporting a boiling point ≈ 25 °C.

Overall assessment. By applying a the weight of evidence approach for similar compounds, a boiling point of≈ 25 °Cshould be considered for (1Z)-1,3,3,3-Tetrafluoroprop-1-ene.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Boiling point at 101 325 Pa:
25 °C
