Under our experimental conditions, the 72-h ErC50 and the 72-h EbC50 of Pseudo Kharismal Step 1 in a static test system are 27.6 and 18.5 mg/l, respectively, for Scenedesmus subspicatus. The NOEC at 72 h is 10.0 mg/l based on the specific growth rate and biomass data.
