Justification for type of information:
No determination of the adsorption coefficient of the test item was possible using the HPLC screening method detailed in Method C.19 Adsorption Coefficient of Commission Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 of 30 May 2008 and Method 121 of the OECD Guidelines for Testing of Chemicals, 22 January 2001. This was since the method was not valid for the chemical class represented by the test item, that of a metal chelate.
On review, no valid alternative adsorption coefficient estimation method could be identified for the intact test item chelate.

Description of key information

No determination of the adsorption coefficient of the test item was possible. This was since the method was not valid for the chemical class represented by the test item, that of a metal chelate. On review, no valid alternative adsorption coefficient estimation method could be identified for the intact test item chelate.
