Commission Regulation (EU) No 253/2011 which amends Annex XIII of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 states, in reference to Annex XIII that: “This Annex shall apply to all organic substances, including organo-metals”. As this substance is inorganic, the PBT/vPvB criteria are not considered to apply and thus it is considered wholly justified to omit the PBT assessment.
