The time and temperature details for all the three replications of test item are presented in the table below.

There was no ignition temperature detected at or below 400°C. However, an exothermic reaction was observed at about 212°C, 214.3°C and 217°C for R1, R2 and R3 replications, respectively. Further, on inspection of the sample basket at the end of the experiment, it was observed that the sample basket was full ofbrownish black residuewhich indicated the test item to have decomposed during or immediately after melting. Hence, relative self-ignition temperature of the test item,Monalazone Disodiumwas not obtained for none of the three replications. Thus, the test item, Monalazone Disodium has no relative self-ignition temperature at or below 400°C.
