Conclusions:
The slow-stirring flask method was applied for the determination of the water solubility of Alkenyl phosphonate.
The water solubility of the test item at 20°C was estimated to be ≤0.17 µg/L.
The pH of the aqueous sample was 7.3.
Executive summary:

Water solubility of Alkenyl Phosphonate has been determined according to OECD 105 test guideline in compliance with GLP. The water solubility of the test substance was determined to be below 0.17 µg/L at 20 °C.

Reference Substance Solution
A stock solution of the reference substance at a concentration of approximately 1 g/L in methanol was used. The stock solution was diluted to obtain an end solution of 55/45 (v/v) methanol/water.
The blank solution for the reference substance was 55/45 (v/v) methanol/water.
Reference substance: 4,4'-DDT (CAS 50-29-3) Purity: 98.7% Sigma Aldrich Log Koc= 5.63

Test Solution
A 1500 mg/L stock solution of the test item was prepared in methanol. The stock solution was diluted with 54.4/45.6 (v/v) methanol/water. The final concentration of the test item solution was 0.200 mg/L.
The test item blank solution was 55/45 (v/v) methanol/water.

Sample Injections
Reference substance and test item solutions were injected in duplicate. Blank solutions were analyzed by single injection.
