The influence of the test item on the respiration rate of activated sludge was investigated after a contact time of 3 hours. The study was conducted according to the OECD test guideline 209 (before July 22nd, 2010). The following EC values were obtained:
- EC20: 0.47 mg/L
- EC50: 3.80 mg/L
- NOEC: < 1.2 mg/L
