Daphnia: EC50 = 5.96 mg/l

Algae: ErC50 > 207 mg/l

Conclusion: Fish and daphnia are similar sensitive to 9(or10)-sulphooctadecanoic acid, K-salt, and more than an order of magnitude more sensitive than algae.

Chronic data

Fish: scientifically unjustified (see daphnia)

Daphnia: EC20(mortality) = 0.425 mg/l (mortality endpoint is more sensitive then reproduction)

Algae: ErC10 = 125 mg/l

Conclusion: Risk assessment is based on chronic daphnia.
