Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
study cannot be used for classification
Remarks:
The study can be used to show the substance is an oxidiser but the data can not be used for classification purposes and for assigning a category according to GHS.
Conclusions:
A substance is to be considered as an oxidizing substance when:

(1) In the preliminary test, there is a vigorous reaction
(2) In the full test, the maximum burning rate of the mixtures tested is higher than or equal to the maximum burning rate of the reference mixture of cellulose and barium nitrate.
The result of the test substance was regarded as oxidizing substance in accordance with the result of preliminary test and full test.
Executive summary:

In this report, Bisphenol-F(Reaction mass of 2,2'-methylenediphenol and 4,4'-methylenediphenol and o-[(4-hydroxyphenyl)methyl]phenol) was tested to judge oxidizing properties of chemicals, and this test was conducted in accordance with COUNCIL REGULATION (EC) No 440/2008 Annex (A. 17.). As a result of the study, the test substance is oxidizing substance.
