Executive summary:

A study was conducted to determine the melting point of the test substance using differential scanning calorimetry according to OECD Guideline 102 and EU Method A.1. Three runs were performed using 40 μL crucibles and 12.26, 16.00, 15.45 mg of the test substance, respectively. The measurements temperature was ranging from -30 °C to 40 °C and heating rate was 5 °/min. Under the study conditions, the mean melting/freezing temperature has been determined to be 16.49 °C +/- 0.43 °C (289.64 +/- 0.43 K) (Stannek, 2017).
