Graphistrength C100 TMWCNTs nanoparticles are not water soluble.

Water accommodated fractions of Graphistrength C100 TMWCNTs were prepared in UP water in conditions equivalent to OECD TG 105 (flask method). These suspensions were first filtered on 25 nm filters. Filtrates were analysed for total carbon. No significant difference was observed between blanck (filtered UP water) and WAFs. In order to check for presence of some CNTs into the fitrates these were filtered once again on 100 kDa (6.8 nm) filters. Filters were dried and examined by TEM. No particles with CNT's shape were observed.
This confirms that Graphistrength C100 TMWCNTs nanoparticles are not water soluble.
