Description of key information

The boiling point of ADONA (30% solution in water) was determined to be in the range of 100 °C to 105 °C at 1013 hPa (OECD TG 103)

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The key study was conducted in accordance with OECD TG 103 and is GLP compliant. Therefore, this study is considered reliable without restrictions. In a supporting study, the boiling point of ADONA (25% wt solution in water) was determined to be 100.5 °C at 1013 hPa. The supporting study was conducted in accordance with ASTM E-1719-97 and ASTM D1120-94 but has deviations from OECD TG 103 and is not GLP compliant. Therefore, the supporting study is considered reliable with restrictions. The key study is the preferred value due to the supporting study's deviations from OECD 103 and unknown GLP compliance.
