Description of key information
In accordance with column 2 of REACH Annex IX the studies do not need to be conducted if direct or indirect exposure of the soil compartment is unlikely. Direct and indirect exposure of soil to 1,3,5-Triazine-2,4,6-triamine, deammoniated is unlikely to occur. 1,3,5-Triazine-2,4,6-triamine, deammoniated is used as regenerator in salt bath nitrocarburizing processes. The nitrocarburizing process is is operated effluent-free and is equipped with an efficient extractor system and exhaust air cleaning plant.
