Description of key information

The physical and chemical properties of the substance have been determined as below:

The test item was determined to have a pour point of 0 ± 3 °C (273 ± 3 K)

The test item was determined to decompose from approximately 127 °C (400 K) at 100.7 to 101.6 kPa.

Density. 1.12 x 103 kg/m3 at 20.0 ± 0.5 °C and a relative density value of 1.12

The vapor pressure of the test item has been calculated to be less than 1.18 x 10-9 Pa at 25 °C

Partition Coefficient (n-octanol/water). Less than 2.00 to greater than 3.16 x 106, log10 Pow range <0.30 to >6.50

Water Solubility. 0.528 g/L of solution at 20.0 ± 0.5 °C, calculated using the total peak area of all detected components within the test item and a standardized initial nominal saturation loading rate concentration of 1.00 g/L.

Surface Tension. 55.8 mN/m (mean value from duplicate 90 % saturated solutions of test item in water) at 20.0 ± 0.5 °C

The flash point of the test item has been determined to be 168 ± 2 °C.

The test item has been determined to have an auto-ignition temperature of 408 ± 5 °C.

Based on the chemical structures of the test item the result for the explosive properties has been predicted negative.

Based on the chemical structures of the test item the result for the oxidizing properties has been predicted negative.
