- The acute toxicity of T002907 was determined in a 96-hour semi-static test. A limit test was performed to demonstrate that the test item has no toxic effect on test organisms at the nominal concentration of 100 mg/L. The mean measured test item concentration was 83% of the nominal value. The 96-hour LC50 was > 100 mg T002907/L. The results of the test can be considered reliable without restriction.
Reference
Description of key information
The study of Peither (2006), investigating the acute toxicity of T002907 in carp according to OECD guideline 203, was considered as the key study for endpoint coverage. A LC50 > 100 mg/L was obtained after an exposure of 96 hours in a semi-static test in freshwater. Based on the results it can be considered that T002907 is not harmful to fish.
