Check of the temperature

The measured temperatures at the pre-incubation and the thermostatisation phase are summarized in Table 1. The additional manual values confirm the values of the data logger.

Check of pH-value

The pH-values were determined with the remaining test item mixtures in the original test vessels which were kept constant at 20 ± 0.5 °C. pH-values of the test mixtures are summarized in Table 2.

Validity criteria

The validity criteria were fulfilled:

- The concentration measured at each sampling time did not differ for more than 15%

- Temperatures were kept constanct within ± 0.5 °C.

Conclusions:
The water solubility of the test item at 20 °C was 90.3 g/L (pH 6.4).
Executive summary:

The water solubility of the test item was determined according to OECD test guideline 105 using the flask method. The mean water solubility for three pre-incubation times 24 h, 48 h and 72 h was 90.3 g/L and a mean pH of 6.4 was observed. The validity criteria were fulfilled.
