First-aid measures

General advice: Consult a physician. Show this safety data sheet to the doctor in attendance. Move out of dangerous area. Seek medical attention immediately.

If inhaled: If inhaled, remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. Seek medical attention immediately.

In case of skin contact Remove contaminated clothing and shoes immediately. Wash with plenty of soap and water. Seek medical attention immediately.

In case of eye contact Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes holding eyelids open. Seek medical attention immediately. Continue rinsing eyes during transport to hospital.

If swallowed Give demulcent such as milk, olive oil, or margarine in small amounts up to 2 or 3 ounces. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person Seek medical attention immediately.

Fire-fighting measures

Flammability: Flammable liquid
Flash point = 14 ° (cc)

Extinguishing Media: In case of fire, use water, dry chemical, CO , or foam

Protective equipment for fire fighters: Wear full protective clothing, including protective gloves and boots. For respiratory protection, wear self contained breathing apparatus with full facepiece operated in a positive pressure mode.

Hazardous combustion products: Hazardous decomposition products Boranes, oron oxides, carbon monoxide

Accidental release measures

Personal precautions: Remove sources of ignition. Wear respiratory protection. Avoid breathing dust or vapors. Ensure adequate ventilation. Evacuate personnel to safe areas.

Environmental precautions: Prevent further leakage if safe to do so. Do not let product enter drains. Do not discharge into the environment.

Methods and materials for containment and cleaning up: Using non sparking tools weep up material and place into a suitable disposal container Store in a tightly closed container Handle in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Handling and storage

Precautions for safe handling:
Wash thoroughly after handling. Use with adequate ventilation. Do not inhale vapor. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Empty containers retain product residue (solid, liquid and/or vapor) and can be dangerous. Keep container tightly closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flame. Avoid ingestion and inhalation. Do not pressurize, cut, weld, braze, solder, drill, grind, or expose empty containers to heat, sparks or open flames.

Conditions for safe storage / incompatibilities:
Keep container tightly closed in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place away from heat, sparks, and flame. Containers which are opened must be carefully resealed and stored under inert environment. Moisture sensitive.

Exposure controls / personal protection

Components with workplace control parameters: Contains no substances with occupational exposure limit values.
Engineering controls: Use adequate local exhaust ventilation to minimize airborne levels.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Respiratory protection: Where risk assessment shows air purifying respirators are appropriate use a full face respirator with multi purpose combination (US) or type ABEK (EN 14387) respirator cartridges as a backup to engineering controls. If the respirator is the sole means of protection, use a full face supplied air respirator. Use respirators and components tested and approved under appropriate government standards such as NIOSH (US) or CEN (EU).

Hand protection: Handle with gloves. Gloves must be inspected prior to use. Use proper glove removal technique (without touching glove's outer surface) to avoid skin contact with this product. Dispose of contaminated gloves after use in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Wash and dry hands.

Eye protection: Wear tightly fitting safety goggles. Equipment for eye protection must be tested and approved under appropriate government standards such as NIOSH (US) or EN 166 (EU).

Skin and body protection: Wear protective clothing. The type of protective equipment must be selected according to the concentration and amount of the dangerous substance at the specific workplace.

Hygiene measures: Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Wash hands before breaks and immediately after handling the product.

Stability and reactivity

Chemical stability: Stable under recommended storage conditions

Possibility of hazardous reactions: Vapors may form explosive mixture with air.

Conditions to avoid: Heat, flames and sparks. Extremes of temperature and direct sunlight.

Materials to avoid: Strong oxidizers, moisture

Hazardous polymerization: Not expected to occur.

Hazardous decomposition products: Boranes, boron oxides, carbon monoxide

Disposal considerations

Product: Send to a licensed disposal company in accordance with all laws and regulations. Contact a licensed professional waste disposal service to dispose of this material.

Contaminated packaging: Dispose of as unused product
