Additional information

2-[3-[(4-Amino-2-methylpyrimidin-5-yl)methyl]-4-methyl-1,3-thiazoniol-5-yl]ethyl dihydrogen diphosphate (CAS 136-09-4) is characterized by high water solubility (77 g/L at 20 °C, OECD 105, Flask method) and a low, estimated potential for adsorption to particulate matter (0.77, pH 7, pKa 6.25, ChemProp v6.5, acid model), indicating that the substance will preferentially distribute into the water compartment and that it is mobile in water. Based on the low vapor pressure (< 4.6E-10 hPa at 20 °C, OECD 104) the substance is not expected to evaporate into the atmospheric compartment. Moreover, the substance is not readily biodegradable (39% ThODNH4 in 28 d/25% ThODNO3 in 28 d, OECD 301F) and hydrolytically stable for ≥ 30 d at environmentally relevant conditions (25 °C, pH 4.6 – 9.0). However, the potential for bioaccumulation is low (log Kow = -4.9 at 20 °C, OECD 105, Flask method).
